Our
Measurable Recruiting Process

1. Discuss
position requirements and company culture.
2. Conduct full needs analysis resulting in written
search assignment (position requirements, roles and
responsibilities, extras and compensation). Also
included in evaluation is the company story (how to
attract the candidate).
3. Conduct pre-search research. Compile list of 40-80
companies to use as search road map (submit for company
approval).
4. Evaluate candidate pool from existing database and
other resources, including Internet.
5. Source your new recruited candidates from
company-approved list, first locally, then nationally.
6. Evaluate identified candidates' qualifications,
including comprehensive reference checks and earning
verification.
7. Present your short list of candidates to company and
set up interviews.
8. Follow up with both candidates and company after
meeting. Debrief. Recommend next steps.
9. Conduct additional reference checks on candidate (or
candidates) identified as finalists by company.
10. Extend offer on company’s behalf.
11. Thirty-day, sixty-day and ninety-day follow up with
placed candidate and hiring manager.
